J'ai chargé mon appareil dès sa réception. Il a fonctionné 10 secondes puis impossible de le remettre en marche. Donc pour moi, c'est une grosse arnaque.

I didn’t believe in such gadgets, but this one convinced me.
Tried it after steaming face — wow, so much cleaner!
Cleans great, but makes more noise than expected. Not a big issue though.
Cleans gently but deep. No redness after use.
