How to Use the DARS High-Frequency Massager:

- Select the appropriate electrode and gently insert it into the holder.
- Set the intensity knob to "OFF," plug in the device, and turn it on by rotating the knob clockwise.
- Start at a low intensity, gradually increasing based on comfort.
