For more effective body wraps you can wrap a linen or plastic sheet around your body or at specific areas of the body on top of a layer of herbal or natural ingredients and then cover up with the thermal sauna blanket. Prevent oil leaks on the switched-on blanket. Make sure to set the temperature that is comfortable for you. It is also important to stay hydrated. For best results drink water prior, during and after your sauna session.
