I like the device but the import taxes to the USA make it not worth it. Cost well over $1000.
Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with Gess and their BMS device.**
I purchased the BMS machine from Gess with shipping to the USA, and after only a few uses, a wire literally fell out of the device, making it unsafe to operate.
I contacted customer support immediately, but they only got back to me **three weeks later**. The customer service was extremely poor. They refused to provide a return shipping label, so I had to pay **$115 out of my own pocket** to send the device back.
When they finally returned it, the machine came back with **scratches and glue marks**, which is completely unacceptable for such an expensive product.
I do NOT recommend ordering from this company at all. Terrible experience!
The producy is ok, but expensive. Moreover i needed to pay a tax for this.

I started using the massager a week ago. Since then, it's really helped me tighten my face and neck, as well as work on the back of my head and neck. I enjoy using it, and the results are noticeable even after the first use.
