GESS Jogging Track Electric Treadmill for Home GESS-100

Jogging Track is an innovative treadmill 2 in 1 for running and Nordic walking. The machine is suitable for walking, jogging, and various sports exercises. Bad weather is not an obstacle anymore, with Jogging Track you can work out at any time at home, in the gym, or office!

Due to the compact size of the treadmill (The length of the running belt is 100 cm, width is 36 cm), you can easily place it even in the smallest room. You can fold the handles and put the electric machine under the bed, in the cupboard, or behind the door. The running belt slope of 15 degrees makes your workout challenging and more intensive (it cannot be changed). The maximum weight of the user is 120 kg.

Nordic Walking

  1. Warm up and stretch your body before the training session. 
  2. Plug the treadmill into the mains and fix the safety lock to your clothes. The detachable safety lock is necessary for an emergency stop to protect you from falling during exercise.  
  3. Set up the speed (0.8-8 km/h). You can regulate it using a convenient remote control or button on the handle. The motion sensor automatically adapts to your pace and chooses the speed if it is turned on. 
  4. Use Bluetooth (GESS Sport Line) to pair your phone with the treadmill and listen to your favorite music while doing exercises. 
  5. During Nordic Walking exercise your movements should be simple and natural. The display will show you Time, Distance, Burnt Calories.
  6. To stop the workout gradually reduce the speed by pushing the button on the handler or using the remote control.

Running

  3. Begin with calm walking and then gradually increase the speed. Set up the speed (0.8-8 km/h). You can regulate it using a convenient remote control or button on the handle. The motion sensor automatically adapts to your pace and chooses the speed if it is turned on. You can use the handles as support without moving them.
  4. Use Bluetooth (GESS SPORT LINE) to pair your phone with the treadmill and listen to your favorite music while doing exercises. The display will show you Time, Distance, Burnt Calories.
  5. To stop the workout gradually reduce the speed by pushing the button on the handler or using the remote control.
